Install and activate the chipless firmware on a Windows computer (this usually takes no more than 15 minutes). Your printer will then work with all computers and devices as before. Including Mac.

You must enter all the characters we sent you in the order, but before you do that you need make sure that you did install Microsoft Visual C++ x64 and x86 2017-2022 packages in the letter with the WIC reset key. This is a prerequisite for the correct operation of the WIC reset utility. You should install them before running the utility and before using the WIC reset key, otherwise the key can be damaged.   4. Hello! This might be because there are too many printers on “Devices and printers” menu. That’s what might help you: turn off your printer, go to PC and remove all printers that may be in "Devices and Printers" menu, then turn your printer on, then open the software again and it might appear normally.
  5. Hello! Did you stop the boot process at 75-85 percent through the task manager? You can't let the boot process get to 99 or 100 percent and fail. If you did everything correctly, then went to the activation program and inserted the key, and you failed to activate the chipless firmware, then I will send you instructions on how to flash the printer in recovery mode.     Error Code 031002

    Hello! With the printer powered on, remove the power cord from the back. Wait 2 minutes. Plug back in the power cord and power it on. Do you still have the error?
  16. Hello! In the video guide it shows that you don't need it to load 100%. When the load gets stuck at 75-85%, that's okay! You will need to pull the cable out at that point and put it back in. Then turn the printer on just using the power button. Watch the video please:
