Hello! Did you stop the boot process at 75-85 percent through the task manager? You can't let the boot process get to 99 or 100 percent and fail. If you did everything correctly, then went to the activation program and inserted the key, and you failed to activate the chipless firmware, then I will send you instructions on how to flash the printer in recovery mode. -

You need to load the firmware without the chip and activate it with the recovery code, did you save it? You can repair chipless firmware with recovery code which was generated during flashing. Try the same procedure on the another device. And make sure your connection is stable. -
After activation our chipless firmware your printer will be able to work with all types of the cartridges, you can also use CISS, if it's is more convenient for you.

This might be because there are too many printers on devices and printers. That’s what might help you: close the Activator Software, turn off your printer, go to PC and remove all printers that may be in "Devices and Printers", then turn your printer on and it will install again, then open the launcher software again and it might appear normally.

Hello! What is your printer model? Make sure you have turned off the printer's network connection to your computer and are only using a usb connection. -

Hello! We cannot guarantee that you can successfully install and activate the firmware using Parallels desktop. Install and activate the chipless firmware on a Windows computer (this usually takes no more than 15 minutes). Your printer will then work with all computers and devices as before. Including Mac. -

Hello! You must enter all the characters we sent you in the order, but before you do that you need make sure that you did install Microsoft Visual C++ x64 and x86 2017-2022 packages in the letter with the WIC reset key. This is a prerequisite for the correct operation of the WIC reset utility. You should install them before running the utility and before using the WIC reset key, otherwise the key can be damaged.
