Hello Alf7, thank you for contacting us. Our chipless firmware is based on the Epson one, and cannot damage you printer. The problem may be in CISS or Inks you use. You can try to print on OEM cartridges for you printer to check if the problem with ink or printer.

Our Chipless Firmware is making printer think that there is always a full cartridge inside. So there is no way to check ink level in 3d party cartridges. We recommend you to try using CISS. Where you can see ink level.

Hello Jeff! You should turn off your printer's autoupdate and don't update it manually, because it will break chipless firmware, and you will need to update and activate it again. Also we are checking for new firmware updates, and update our chipless firmware when there is important updates out.

Hi Jerry_H, your printer with Chipless Firmware can be used with any PC. Our firmware doesn't lock to one PC.

Hello TerryM, if you saved Recovery code from your initial activation, you can use it to reactivate you chipless firmware. You can find y how to do it in the Manual. If you didn't save Recovery code then you need to buy new activation code for your printer.
