    It might be because there are too many printers on devices and printers. 

     

    That’s what might help you: close the Activator Software, turn off your printer, go to PC and remove all printers that may be in ""Devices and Printers"", then turn your printer on and it will install again, then open the launcher software again and it might will appear normally.

    Try the same procedure on the another device. 
    And make sure your connection is stable.

    What is your printer model?
    Make sure you have turned off the printer's network connection to your computer and are only using a usb connection.

    You must enter all the characters we sent you in the order, but before you do that you need  make sure that you did install Microsoft Visual C++ x64 and x86 2017-2022 packages in the letter with the WIC reset key. This is a prerequisite for the correct operation of the WIC reset utility. You should install them before running the utility and before using the WIC reset key, otherwise the key can be damaged.
