    1) Cargue el firmware sin chip que se adjunta arriba.

    2) Encienda la impresora en el MODO NORMAL (usando solo el botón de encendido). No ponga la impresora en el MODO DE ACTUALIZACIÓN.

    El proceso de carga se atascará en un 75-85 %, eso está bien.

    3) Con el uso del administrador de tareas, detenga el proceso de carga.

    La impresora parpadeará durante unos 5-15 minutos. Luego debería apagarse automáticamente.

    4) Ahora encienda la impresora. ¡Se debe instalar el firmware sin chip!

    5) Ejecute el software de activación para insertar su clave de activación.

    Make sure you used a usb cable ( check usb port) when installing the firmware and have a stable internet,are you?

     

    Go to the menu devices and printers and check if the computer sees the connection to the printer.

    Hello!
    The loading process will get stuck at 75-85% - that is OK.
    With the use of the task manager stop the loading process.
    Printer will blink for about 5-15 minutes . It should then turn off automatically.
    Now turn on the printer - Chipless Firmware should be installed!
     Run the Activation Software to insert your Activation Key.

    The load should not get to 100% when installing in normal mode. Most likely you are doing something wrong.

    Envíame la captura de pantalla del error, por favor. Dime también tu número de pedido y modelo de impresora.

    Cuando la impresora informa de que tiene un problema y el código del problema es E01, significa que no hay papel en la impresora. Normalmente, este error puede deberse a las siguientes causas: No hay papel cargado en la bandeja de papel de la impresora El papel no está cargado correctamente.

    Your model is not in the list! There are other models like ET 2801, 2802, but unfortunately ET 2800 is not supported by WIC reset Utility.
