    You received instructions and the link to install Microsoft Visual C++ x64 and x86 2017-2022 packages in the letter with the WIC reset key. This is a prerequisite for the correct operation of the WIC reset utility.

    You should install them before running the utility and before using the WIC reset key, otherwise the key can be damaged.

    Did you install the Microsoft C ++ packages before running the utility? 
    If yes, please send to support team support@inkchip.net a screenshot from the download menu, so that thay can see the date and time when the packages were installed.

    You can check the data on the printer box, you may have all the data written there.

    This might be because there are too many printers on “Devices and printers” menu. That’s what might help you: turn off your printer, go to PC and remove all printers that may be in "Devices and Printers" menu, then turn your printer on, then open the software again and it might appear normally.

    In the popup window where it says input your SN you need to copy and paste the activation code you purchased from us.

    Error 10060 means that, you might have problem with internet connection, check your internet. The launcher is unable to update or communicate with the server. Disable anti-virus or use another internet. No internet connection or server down.
