Firmware errors at 99%

Hello, the inkchip is working at 99%, my firmware is 20.42. NW99Z9 and the Epson XP-15000 printer, what to do?

I stopped the process at 85% The printer always says the cartridges are installed incorrectly.

another one with this issue.

XP-15000. Did the firmware update, got stuck at 74%. As per video, i unplugged it and replugged back in. I went to activate and it says "please wait for the update to finish". 

Ok, so go back into the firmware updater and now it cant find my printer in Step 5. I click refresh and nothing. 

Now I am just stuck here...
