Inkchip update keeps failing at 99% I've tried unplugging the power cord and back in with no luck. The printer always says the cartridges are installed incorrectly as they are chipless. Maybe this is the issue.

Stop the boot process through the task manager at 75-85%. Don’t let it get 99% and error.

Hello!

Could you please take a screenshot of the errors or make a short video and send it to our support team support@inkchip.net

Thank you!

another one with this issue.

XP-15000. Did the firmware update, got stuck at 74%. As per video, i unplugged it and replugged back in. I went to activate and it says "please wait for the update to finish".

Ok, so go back into the firmware updater and now it cant find my printer in Step 5. I click refresh and nothing.

Now I am just stuck here...

Stop the boot process through the task manager at 72%, restart the printer and proceed to activation program.
