ZRabbit 0 Posted December 29, 2023 another one with this issue. XP-15000. Did the firmware update, got stuck at 74%. As per video, i unplugged it and replugged back in. I went to activate and it says "please wait for the update to finish". Ok, so go back into the firmware updater and now it cant find my printer in Step 5. I click refresh and nothing.
