Hi

 

I've buy a WIC key for my Epson ET-4500.

When I run as administrator and choose to reset the counter, the applicaction cannot connect to the printer. I dont have any antivirus, the printer are setted up by usb cable to the PC.

And after I close the program, I try to reset the counter and i got an error "Activation key already used".

 

Can you help me, please?

Hello!

Please tell me your order number and printer model. Also, send me the screenshot of the error so I can help you. Did you install the Microsoft Visual C++ x64 and x86 2017-2022 packages? If so, please send me the screenshot from the download menu so I can see the exact date and time of packages and WIC reset utility were installed.
