Hi I've buy a WIC key for my Epson ET-4500. When I run as administrator and choose to reset the counter, the applicaction cannot connect to the printer. I dont have any antivirus, the printer are setted up by usb cable to the PC. And after I close the program, I try to reset the counter and i got an error "Activation key already used".
