I just bought a key. I associated my Epson, XP-520 printer and when I entered the key and validated, the program did not respond. I had to restart my computer. Once turned on again, I restart InkChip WIC, it asks me again for the key to reset, but when I put it, it tells me "Provided Key is already Used", and the counter has not been set to 0.
