Kyles 0 Posted October 26, 2021 Help needed please. I'm at my wits ends and I don't know what else to do. I feel like I have tried everything. I run the firmware and stops at 99% I've watched the video and it says it's okay if it does and just to unplug the printer and plug back in. This doesn't do anything still sits at 99% When I go to the activation part it runs through the update and then it closes.
