the activation application does not show my printer.  even after it has been updated to 100%.  could it be their server problem?

I had that happen before.  I’m trying to remember how I got past it.  Have you checked to make sure the firmware is on your printer?

I maybe be wrong.  But it think it was settings, Firmware update, then it should say B something. (BLO5K3) I think.

Yes my printer show firmware BL05K3

Yes it shows BL0K3.

Same problem... Will not let me select a printer.  Any answers?  My firmware was updated on printer, just can't get past activation
