I maybe be wrong. But it think it was settings, Firmware update, then it should say B something. (BLO5K3) I think.

I had that happen before. I’m trying to remember how I got past it. Have you checked to make sure the firmware is on your printer?

Anyone get an answer to why the activation key says "communication failed 10092?" Thanks so much Danielle
