Installed firmware and activated printed 1 page last night today it just keeps giving me error codes 031002

You shoul install the firmware from the website in normal mode.

I am also having this issue with software version 20.41.NW99Z9.

What do you mean by normal mode?

I don’t know how to do update or normal mode. Lease send me instructions on both.

Is there any update on this issue? I am having the same error code 031002, also stops at 99%. I have watched the youtube video and it has not helped to answer my question.

Same, Ive done all suggested above. Hopefully this didn't turn mine into a brick. I guess I need a refund.

With the printer powered on, remove the power cord from the back. Wait 2 minutes. Plug back in the power cord and power it on. Do you still have the error?

Hello, I just tried this and it did not work. I have an EPSON WF2850.

I cannot get the ink to install, and cannot try to complete the firmware download because it is still in set up mode.

Same error as everyone above. Cannot download firmware will not get past 99%. Been trying for hours. Watched all videos, read every forums and directions on website. Nothing.

Hello!

Did you stop the boot process at 75-85 percent through the task manager? You can't let the boot process get to 99 or 100 percent and fail.

If you did everything correctly, then went to the activation program and inserted the key, and you failed to activate the chipless firmware, then I will send you instructions on how to flash the printer in recovery mode.

Hello. My XP 15000 is apparently in recovery mode - the start button blinks, but the firmware does not see the printer. what can be done to flash it?
