I noticed that firmware version on the site was 1_2. I previously installed and activated version 1_1. But now I can't get it to activate my printer firmware no matter which version I use.

This smells like a scam to me, no one answers either by email or WhatsApp, how are they going to charge, €55 for a single code, not for a printer model, but for a single single-use code, if I get there, let me know. I buy the cartridges with resettable chip

Is this the first time you have used this activation code? Have you changed any parts in your printer?
