I ordered a WICode but entering the received code I got reply “already used” . I just got the code and have not used It before My ordernumber is 577899

please send a proper not used code

Did you install the Microsoft C ++ packages before running the utility? 
If yes, please send to support team support@inkchip.net a screenshot from the download menu, so that thay can see the date and time when the packages were installed.
