SAMSUNG CLP-365: how to get the firmware without printing a report

Dear Sir/Madame,

I got a SAMSUNG CLP-365 from a friend of mine.
The printer is now equiped with not original toner and it doesn't print.
For obvious reasons I don't want to buy original toner.
I want to fix the chip error but I don't know the printer firmware since it doesn't print anymore with the not original toner.
Is it possible to know the firmware of the printer without printing a diagnostic report?
Or is there some different solution to fix the chipset?

You can check the data on the printer box, you may have all the data written there.
