firmware and activation not working for epson wf 3720

hi admin,

firmware doesnt finish downloading, stays in 99%. my cables are connected and my internet is strong.

 

 

activation software doesnt read my printer. i followed intruction on youtube and and forum but still the same.

i bought my activation key yesterday for my epson wf 3720. and i already email support but no reply until now.

please help

Hello!

In the video guide it shows that you don't need it to load 100%. When the load gets stuck at 75-85%, that's okay! You will need to pull the cable out at that point and put it back in.

Then turn the printer on just using the power button.
