Activation Key Not working

I purchased a activation key on 8/20/2023. I've been trying to reset the waste ink counter with no success. The model of my printer is an Epson ET-2720. I've update to the latest firmware and updated the Microsoft Visual C++. Now when I put the product key in it says, "Provided key is already used". Nothing ever happened because the program stopped responding. Please help!

Tell me please your order number and printer model, also send me a screenshot of the error and screenshot with the confirmation that the Microsoft Visual C++ packages were installed.
