XP800 printer not seen by software

I have installed the software onto my laptop and linked up with a usb and the software is not seeing my printer.  Anyone got any ideas.  The email also told me to download firmware for my printer but there is not alink for my printer option.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any solution for this printer model.
