hi, could there be a reason?

Did you install the Microsoft Visual C++ x64 and x86 2017-2022 packages? Make sure that packages are installed.

I have an ET-4500 (Epson) which informed me that a printer component was at the end of it's service life. (Waste Ink Container). On August 6, 2023,  I purchased the WIC software            (Order # 540987) reset from you, but the software doesn't recognize the printer ('no printer found'). The printer is connected directly to my desktop. What should I do?

Hello!

Make sure you used a usb cable ( check usb port) when installing the firmware and have a stable internet, are you?

Go to the menu devices and printers and check if the computer sees the connection to the printer.
