Firmware installation freezes at step 5

Good afternoon everyone I am having an issue installing the firmware for my Epson XP-15000. I have downloaded the firmware and activation.

The firmware installation allows me to go to step 5, but continues to freeze when trying to proceed. I have tried restarting my laptop and computer. Should I reset my printer's settings to default. Also, if I install the firmware using a different computer will I still be able to print on the computer that is freezing up at step 5? Thank you any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Nevermind I figured it out. I had to install the epson driver, and re add my printer to my cpu.
