Activation program not working

Hi I downloaded

Firmware https://inkchip.net/download/INKCHIP.net_Firmware_XP4100_v1.rar

Activation program https://inkchip.net/download/activation.rar

Instructions https://inkchip.net/download/INKCHIP Instruction XP-model.pdf

I followed the instructions and installed the firmware. After that, started the printer in normal mode and started the activation program.

It shows my printer, but everything else is blank. Clicking refresh does nothing and clicking the Generate or Activate online buttons just makes the program hang and unresponsive.

My printer is XP 4100 and Using Windows 11.

Please provide a solution to this problem.

ok, it seems to have activated and working after trying several times restarting the printer.

I have reinstalled the firmware 15x and once done the activation tool never shows my printer, even after refreshing.

I have been at this for almost 2 hours, it shouldn't be this difficult!

yes, I have tried both ways. Spent HOURS yesterday.
