Problem to activate waste ink counter

Good morning to all

I have boutgh recently code to activate waste ink counter for model L8160, in the website says it is supported models, but in the software show a message: No printers were found when I do clic in option: Waste ink counters. However, when I do clic in option: Deep cleaning I can see the model printer.

Someone can help me, please. It's urgent!!

Make sure you used a usb cable when installing the firmware and have a stable internet,are you?

 

Go to the menu devices and printers and check if the computer sees the connection to the printer.
