    Members 0 1 post Report post Posted 4 minutes ago Hi I have the same problem...first key didn't work. Down loaded Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages x86 and x64. Bought another key and tried it again still didn't work, keeps saying ( not Responding) , feel like a waste of my time and money.
