I'm using the same USB cable that was connected for printing, internet is good. ET-4700 comes up in the list of printers for the program, so I'm pretty sure it's seeing the printer. I tried another computer and that had the same problem. The program just doesn't seem to want to run We may be buying a new printer because we need to get work done. Thanks for the input

Hey all, downloaded the WIC tool and activation key to reset the waste ink tank on Epson ET-4700. Run the program and it says "Program not Responding" Any thought on making this run? This is a business printer and we are on hold getting orders out until it's fixed. Thanks.
