Hi InkChip... i had same problem here, already download the latest firmware and try upload in normal mode, but it stuck on Step 5 Process... can't update.

Hi All, i have the same problem here... is it anybody had solved the problem? i already download the latest firmware, update through Program Update printer mode (Success), but to activate it shows Failed error 1, run the firmware in normal mode but stuck on Process Number 5 (Downgraded - it cannot be updated). Thank you All...
