any update please?

I uploaded the file in update mode, no issue, however, when I tried to run the activation code, the reading 1 error still appeared. I also tried to update just by uploading it and still the same error shows. Kindly please assist as I'm unable to use my printer since my intial ink has run out. the printer doesnt recognize the the cartridge tank
