    Hello again, It’s been a few years since I’ve asked, any updates on the WF-4830? I can dump anything you need from the printer if needed (if you don’t have the printer), I might even have the tools needed if you need to read/dump the bios (or whatever you use to read / change the cartridge checks) by solder points. I also micro solder / I’m good in assembly code and reverse engineering software programs. let me know if somehow I can help to finally stop buying these expensive cartridges.

    The original firmware of your printer cannot be downgraded to earlier version. Please, follow the instructions below. The firmware, which you need to use: https://inkchip.net/download/INKCHIP.net_Firmware_99_WF5890_v1.rar Algorithm for solving the problem: 1) Check and memorize current firmware version of your printer. 2) Start installing the firmware in the Firmware Mode (by pressing a certain button combinations) 3) When the firmware installation reaches 100% you need to disconnect the power cable from your printer. Wait for about 10 seconds and then plug the cable in. A message will appear on your printer screen, saying that the printer is in Recovery Mode. 4) Start installing the Inkchip firmware again, wait for the firmware to load, your printer will shut down. Turn your printer on. 5) Check your printer's firmware version. It must be different. This means that the process was successful. 6) Now you need to use the Activation Program from our website and activate it with the key. After the activation you have to reboot your printer. The chipless firmware is installed on your printer!     Hello! What do you mean? You can make it chipless whenever you need, the only thing you need to have cartridges inside during the activation procedure.

    Make sure you used a usb cable when installing the firmware and have a stable internet, are you? Go to the menu devices and printers and check if the computer sees the connection to the printer.

    Update firmware just 65% and then go 100% , never 75% .......

    Hi! In the video guide it shows that you don't need it to load 100%. When the load gets stuck at 75-90%, that's okay! You will need to pull the cable out at that point and put it back in. Then turn the printer on just using the power button. Watch the video please:

    I reset the ink pad successfully but I had some lines in my print so I used the INKCHIP printer headsprinter headsprinter headsprinter headsprinter headsprinter headsprinter headsprinter heads clean function because the the cleaning function on the ET-2720 didnt clear them. Now it is barely printing a bit of black, whereas before I used the clean function it printed a full page of colour but missing lines every CM. What could I do now? Could the cleaning have forced air in, blocking ink? Or maybe the printer head could be damaged from the cleaning? I do have lots of ink in there. My plan is to leave it overnight...not much of a plan though hahhaaa. If anyone has any ideas for me to try I would be most appreciative. I included a before and after cleaning photo. thank-you.

    I have successfully updated the software on the HP 15000 printer, which I previously downloaded from your site. But now the problem is that this software - the driver does not support printing in A3 or A3+ format. Are you aware of this problem?.. This question was asked earlier on the forum - but you still did not answer the essence of the problem. Your chipless firmware, posted on the site after installation, does not support printing in A3 and A3+ format... for the HP 15000 printer.
