I have order new batch of printer from Epson, after flash firmware 16.54.CV99Z9, the printer become scanner error as shown below. If I download from Epson portal v17 firmware the printer work again.

my printer error 100016 wf5710, then i update firware 16.61..can ia get update firware from chipless
