"wrong ID code" error when I attempt to activate firmware key

I was able to get my XP-640 to upgrade mode and was able to update the firmware with the finished message and all but when I tried to activate the key I get the "wrong id code" error. what could be the problem?

Hi!

You must install the firmware in normal mode.

To install the firmware in normal mode means to use only the power button.

Here’s the new firmware:

After that try to activate again.
