activation sn error

when i try to do the activation i generate the serial number first so it finds my printer connected, then when it prompts me to enter the sn when i do the online activation it says error on the serial number so i can not even get past that point.

You have to put the key (not serial number) in the pop up window after the clicking on the activation online button.
