I am trying to do the activation.  I enter my activation code and get the following message.  I have tried different usb ports (but it is showing the port the printer is plugged into at the top of the activation screen).  I have turned off the firewall on my computer, but still getting the same message. image.thumb.png.e7deec8616c1dbb0be245682b374204f.png

Hi!

This error means that the key has been used. Please, contact our support team via email, they will check the key and help you

Try to use another computer.And are you sure that you used correct USB port and have a stable internet connection?
