WF2630 Communication error 10060 order 234836

Flashed the firmware put in SN then communication error 10060

I disabled Anti virus - still no luck  

I used my Sisters internet still no luck

I then tried whithout put the printer into update mode

Put printer into update mode this is on the printer screen

I have reflashed fimware with an older version  and tried again  I am about to give up for ever with inkchip it does not work.
