I am having trouble with adding the firm wear on to my new epson wf 2850,   it was working , but then stopped printing can you help me please .

Good Moring, I am still having trouble trying to print with the chipless firmwear on my printer , I have done everything I can think to do also watched all your videos but nothing is working . need help please
