new key not received

my order number is 25057 i got another key which i should not have to get the first key was no good even if it was used for the first time on a new computer

now i got a new key two hours ago and .and before haven't received it yet. this is starting to piss me off im paying for things im not getting and befor you ask i already checked  spam i just want what i paid for.
