WF 3250 firmware in red font panel

Hi.
I have an epson WF 3725 printer, I don't know why, but I can't enter firmware mode to make the text appear white like in your manual. It keeps running in red text> IPL update mode. I tried both input combinations with a  finger in position as in your manual and above in the top right corner. Both work, but still in red letters. Original software version CL0C. Do you have any idea or how to consider it or what is the reason?

hello..i find  and resolve the problem.After 20 secund  When the blue led is on, you need to immediately release the power key and remove your finger from the screen. If you do not do this, you will enter the IPL mode with red fonts.Please put this info for  instruktion
