Epson wf-2650 firmware problems

Good morning, I downloaded the firmware for my Wf-2650 printer, I bought the activation key, however when performing the Firmware installation procedure the printer displays the message File is Not Found and on the monitor screen it says that the file was loaded completely and installed. Thank you.

We are working on this problem.
Soon new firmware for WF2650 will be available.
