Key Problems

How long does it take to receive the key once purchased?  I purchased one and it says download but when I open it all it says is Epson.

 

Also when I try to download the firmware and activation I never get to where I need to unzip the files.  Any help is appreciated

Good afternoon! You will receive the key within 24 hours after the order.
To extract a file you need to use any archiver... WinRAR or others.

Hello I’m having a problem when I go to type in my key it won’t let me enter all the letters/numbers it cuts me off short. Why is this happening
