Firmware not updated

I am trying to update my firmware on my new Epson XP 15000.  I have tried uploading the new firmware multiple times using different PC's.  I get all the way through the process and it states that the firmware was not updated.  When I check the machine the original firmware is on the device.  I have tried reseting everything and trying again, and nothing is working.  HELP~
