Activation Software Failure

when attempting to activate my printer the attached error is given and I cannot activate my firmware for my printer. Software freezes if I click activate online. EPSON WF-2830

if I try to update the printer with it turned on normally, your software does not identify it. But if I boot the printer into its BIOS update mode your software sees the printer.

Fixed the issue by installing EPSON provided drivers. After installation your software was able to see the printer
