PROBLEM ON ACTIVATION SAYS WAIT FOR THE UPDATE TO BE FINISHED

I just bought my 3rd chipless for my new epson P800 i didnt had a problem with the 1st 2. this is frustrating, i am on a deadline on my prints 

during the activation process , it says wait for the update to finish, please i need help!
