Software crashed after imputing code

I started the process of downloading the software but just after I entered the code the software crashed on me and when I tried again it said that the key was already used. My printer is still in a error state for the waste tank.

I went ahead and bought another code and it happened again. Although this time its unresponsive.

Please tell me your order number and printer model.
Did you install the Microsoft Visual C++ x64 and x86 2017-2022 packages? If so, please send me the screenshot from the download menu so I can see the exact date and time of packages and WIC reset utility were installed.

It has to be installed 2 Microsoft c++ packages. Please wish all also 64x package.
