Activation software freeze

Epson wf5790 successfully upgraded with inkchip firmware june 2022 v1 but when using activation to click activate online, software suddenly freeze , please provide solution

Make sure you used a usb cable when installing the firmware and have a stable internet,are you?

 

Go to the menu devices and printers and check if the computer sees the connection to the printer.
