Hello!
You are inserting the key in the wrong place. You should click activate online button and then insert the key in the pop up window.

I have same issue. I click Activate online, then it ask for SN (not activation code). I enter my activation code and get error:

Hello!
You need to enter the code without extra spaces in front and at the end of the code. Try entering it again.
