WIC program lag "do not answer"

I downloaded WIC application, my printer were recognized but when i copied the code, the application had a bug, and this is always like that i can do nothing with this application ....i used the code but i can't reset because it's lagging ...

Make sure you installed 2 Microsoft c++ packages and have stable usb and internet connection.
