BrianG 0 Posted December 4, 2022 I own an Epson Xp-15000 and want to turn it into a sublimation printer with your continues ink solution. My computers are all Mac, I have two questions. #1 If I installed Parallels desktop could I unzip or install the chipless firmware on there and then use my Mac to run everything else or #2 Would I be able to run the software and printer If it was all installed on Parallels desktop, and running windows? Admin 17 Posted December 4, 2022 Hello! We cannot guarantee that you can successfully install and activate the firmware using Parallels desktop. Install and activate the chipless firmware on a Windows computer (this usually takes no more than 15 minutes). Your printer will then work with all computers and devices as before. Including Mac.
