Not Responding / Key already in use

Hi there,

I purchased an activation code for my EPSON ET-2720. Before downloading key, I downloaded Microsoft C++ as the email stated.

After I inputted the Activation key into the WIC program it went Not Responding, which forced me to Ctrl + Alt + Del.

When I reopened the program and inputted the Key, I get "Provided key is already used."

I restarted my Printer and it still says "The ink pad needs service. Contact Epson."

Please let me know how to proceed.

Please send me the screenshot from the download menu so that I can check if the correct Microsoft Visual C++ were installed.
