XP 15000 activation issue

first it took me 8 hours to get the firmware installed now i cant activate SN ERROR

tred all of the youtube videos and "fixes" in this forum

Hello,

Send me the screenshot please. You should press “activate online”  and insert the key without spaces before and after in the pop-up window.

this is what i get now trying to install the firmware now and my printer now only reads 1 out of 6 oem cartdridges

Are you using USB connection to the printer? Is there only one printer connected to your computer?
